Purpose
Degreasing and alkaline treatment of surfaces made of alloy and heat-resistant steels. Supplied as a liquid concentrate; the working solution is prepared on site.
What it removes
- Oils, greases and process contamination.
- Organic films before acid cleaning and passivation.

- Heat exchangers and vessels made of stainless steels.
- Furnace coils and superheaters made of heat-resistant steels.
- Pipelines and vessels in chemical and petrochemical plants.
Place in the cleaning process
The preparatory stage for alloy steels: degreasing is followed by acid cleaning (AlphaCleaner AF) and passivation (AlphaCleaner PC). For carbon steels with heavy contamination — AlphaCleaner BF.
