Baltic Chemical Company JSC (BXK JSC) is a contractor for industrial cleaning and equipment maintenance. For more than 20 years we have been removing scale, rust, organic and other deposits from the heat exchange, boiler and process equipment of industrial enterprises.
What we do
- Cleaning and flushing of heat exchangers, boilers, heating systems, pipelines and vessels.
- Cleaning of surfaces and steel structures, laser cleaning of metal.
- Video inspection (endoscopy) of equipment before and after the work.
- Supply of chemicals for cleaning, flushing and corrosion protection of equipment.
How we work
- The method fits the task. Five cleaning methods — from chemical flushing to dry ice and laser. The method and formulation are selected for the equipment and the composition of deposits and agreed with the customer.
- Own equipment and chemicals. Our own pumping units and chemicals, delivered by our own transport.
- Field crews. We work on the customer’s site, including during scheduled shutdowns.
- One-off or regular. Cleaning on request or scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
Industries
We have worked for companies in oil refining and petrochemicals, chemicals and fertiliser production, pulp and paper and food industries, and mechanical engineering. We are ready to work for boiler houses and CHP plants, metallurgy, shipbuilding and ship repair.
