Why our chemicals
- In-house production. The products are manufactured to the technical specifications (TU) of Baltic Chemical Company JSC; their catalogue sheets are registered in the “Products of Russia” catalogue.
- Proven in practice. We use AlphaCleaner in our own chemical flushing of boilers, heat exchangers and pipelines.
- The complete cleaning process. The products for each stage — from degreasing to passivation — are designed to be used together.
How the products work together
- Degreasing and alkaline treatment — AlphaCleaner BF (carbon steels) or AlphaCleaner B (alloy and heat-resistant steels): remove oils and organics and loosen deposits before the acid stage.
- Acid cleaning — AlphaCleaner AF: dissolves scale, iron oxides and mineral deposits.
- Passivation — AlphaCleaner PC: protects the cleaned metal against secondary corrosion until the equipment is put into operation.
- Pyrophoric deposits — AlphaCleaner BP: treatment of equipment with sulphide deposits before opening and repair.

- Supply of chemicals — for use by your own staff on your site.

- Product selection — based on a description of the equipment, material and contamination, we will propose a product and application procedure.
