Baltic Chemical Company has been working in industrial cleaning for more than 20 years. We started with chemical flushing of heat exchange and boiler equipment — today we offer five cleaning methods, inspection and the supply of cleaning chemicals.
How we started
Our first projects were chemical flushing of heat exchangers and boilers at enterprises in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Even then, the main rule was to select the chemicals and mode for the specific equipment and composition of deposits rather than work to a template.
How we developed
- New methods. Chemical flushing was joined by hydrodynamic and mechanical cleaning, and later by dry ice blasting and laser cleaning of metal.
- Own resources. The company built up a fleet of pumping equipment, its own stock of chemicals and field crews with delivery by our own transport.
- Chemicals. A line of business supplying chemicals for cleaning, flushing and corrosion protection of equipment was added.
- Industries and geography. We have worked for companies in oil refining and petrochemicals, chemicals and fertiliser production, pulp and paper and food industries, and mechanical engineering — at sites in North-West and Central Russia.
- Permits. The company is a member of the self-regulatory organisation “Vysotny Stroitelny Kompleks” (SRO «Высотный строительный комплекс»).
Today
